A little more than a week after undergoing surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his knee, backup linebacker H. B. Blades was back out on the practice field.
He wasn’t participating fully but that he was out there at all was somewhat surprising.
“He’s coming along pretty well,” said Jim Zorn. “He was out working all of the drills today off to the side, not with the rest of the team.”
It’s too early to tell if he will be able to suit up on Sunday.
